This handmade traditional Origami Crane is created using 100% solid aluminium. The aluminium is 4 to 5 times thicker than your standard household aluminium foil and has a little bit of a weight to it. The size of the material used for this origami crane is 100 x 100 mm square sheet solid aluminium.
The Crane or in Japanese called Tsuru, is loved for generations because it’s considered to bring good fortune upon those who receive one. Similarly is it an emblem for longevity because it was thought to have a lifespan of a thousand years.
Please keep in mind that every piece is made by hand. Therefore, the Origami piece you receive may look slightly different.
